Today I visited the Pier Maua with my family. An exhibition of the Brazilian culture is happening there. I went to Pier to give strength to my aunt who is Director of Tourism and was also exhibiting in space.

I had never visited the Pier Maua before, although he is very famous here in Rio de Janeiro. There happen several cultural events, including the “Fashion Rio”.

I loved the space, the ocean view is breathtaking and the rustic atmosphere is inspiring. I ran to call my cousin to join me in today’s photo shoot! What do you think?

The day was beautiful and the sun returned to reign! THANKS GOD!!!

Hoje fui visitar o Píer Mauá com minha família. Estava acontecendo uma exposição sobre cultura brasileira em geral e passei lá para dar uma força para minha tia que é Diretora de Turismo e também estava expondo no espaço.

Nunca tinha visitado o Píer Mauá antes, embora ele seja muito famoso aqui no Rio de Janeiro. Lá acontece vários eventos culturais, incluindo o “Fashion Week” carioca.

Adorei o espaço, a vista para o mar é de tirar o folego e a atmosfera rustica é inspiradora. Já fui catando minha prima para me acompanhar nas fotos! O que vocês acharam?

O dia estava lindo e o sol voltou a reinar por aqui! Espero que fique um bom tempo assim…

When the routine gets tough is hard to keep working no matter what. To help me overcome the obstacles imposed by the day-to-day life, I try to search inspirations to me in great poems that I like. This time it was a “random” guy named Carlos Drummond de Andrade, who said that “Twelve months is enough to any human being get bored and give up. Then comes the miracle of renewal and it all starts again with another number and hopping that everything will be different from now on.”

I hope that is poem inspired you as much it did to me!

I really don’t know what to wear when the day is sunny and cold at the same time. It’s like when it’s hot and it suddenly rains. Like, what the hell??! Nobody brings the umbrella in this situation! Like neveeeer!

So for a bipolar weather, I also wore a bipolar outfit. I added a blazer and a social shirt (winter clothes) with these shorts and sunglasses which I absolutely love (summer). I adore that mix of seasons! Makes everything more interesting and gives an UP in the day-to-day clothing.

The shoes were one of the last things I bought in NYC at Macy’s. Who signs this peace of art is the awesome designer Steve Madden.

Eu realmente não sei o que vestir quando o dia está frio e ensolarado ao mesmo tempo. É igual quando está calor e chove de repente. Tipo, como assim???! Ninguém nunca está com o guarda-chuva nesses casos!!! Rs

Então, para um tempo bipolar, montei um look igualmente desconexo. Juntei o blazer e a blusa social (roupas de inverno) com shorts e esses óculos de sol com as lentes quadradas (verão). Eu amo essa mix de estações! Deixa tudo mais interessante e dá um UP na roupa do dia-a-dia.

O sapato foi uma das últimas coisas que eu comprei em NYC, na Macy’s. Quem assina a belezura é o estilista que eu adoro, Steve Madden.
