Why the problems with internet are so frequent in my life?! Many of you noticed that I’m disappeared the blog for a few days, but it has an explanation: the Internet here at my house wasn’t working!!

The fact is that it rained A LOT here where I live a few days ago and light pole in front of my house caught on fire (like fireman, panic, black smoke in the air… the thing was terrible). Once the shock passed, we call an employee of NET (the corporation that provides me internet) and they solved the problem three days after the accident. So slow!

Anyway, now it’s all right - I hope so!

Por que os problemas com internet são tão frequentes na minha vida?! Muitos de vocês perceberam que eu estou meio ausente do blog por alguns dias, mas tem uma explicação: a internet aqui de casa simplesmente não entrava!!!

O fato é que choveu muito uns dias atrás aqui onde eu moro e, devido ao curto circuito na afiação, um poste de luz em frente a minha casa pegou fogo (tipo fumaça, bombeiros, pânico… a coisa foi feia). Depois que o susto passou, chamamos um funcionário da NET (O mundo é dos Nets!!!) e ele concertou o problema de conexão três dias após o acidente. Quanta lerdeza!

Enfim, agora está tudo certo. Espero!

A few days ago, I was cleaning my closet and noticed that I had a lot of jeans that I didn’t use anymore. So I decided to start my customization season! The first victim was this pants that turned to this shorts that I’m wearing in this post. Cool, huh?!

There are two pants and a blouse waiting to be customized too. I don’t know what style I’m gonna use in them, but something good is coming - maybe I’ll make a video tutorial showing my DIY method, just maybe…

How boring is the process of going to an university in Brazil! The system to choose the freshman is unfair and outdated. We spend one year at least just studying, studying and studying to take an awful test, which definitely doesn’t test your knowledge efficiently at all.

The reason why I’m saying that is because handling school + work + college tests is stressful. Anyone who is in the last year of school (like me) knows that dealing with school tests, graduation, prom, social life, college tests, choosing your profession, choosing the college that will graduate you in this profession, sleep late and wake up early … A person who deals with it for a hole year can’t be in a normal mental condition to do a test that will decide their future.

Protest done, blog updated … Now it’s time to relax!

Como é chato passar para uma universidade no Brasil! Além do modelo ser ultrapassado e injusto, o processo é muito cansativo. Passa-se pelo menos um ano estudando, estudando e estudando para fazer uma prova chata e que está longe de testar os conhecimentos de forma eficiente.

Pronto, desabafei! É que levar essa vida de escola + trabalho + vestibular já está me cansando. Quem está no último ano da escola (como eu) sabe que lidar com provas, formatura, escola, vida social, vestibular, escolher sua profissão, escolher a faculdade que vai te formar nessa profissão, acordar cedo e dormir tarde… Uma pessoa que lida com isso durante um ano sem parar não pode estar em condição mental normal para fazer uma prova que vai decidir seu futuro.

Protesto feito, blog atualizado… Agora é hora de relaxar!
